Easy to access the hotel,the staff is friendly and very helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to be there. I was in 106,very spacious ,clean and the bed was soft and comfortable, had the best sleep. I would definitely love to go back for a longer stay as this was one night . I enjoyed their breakfast, best omelette. Its great value for money especially me who does solo vacations,affordable price is my no one priority. Lovely place with amazing staff. Special thank you to Gulam,(sorry if I spelt it wrong) by the pool,thank you offering to take my pictures, you made my day. Keep up the amazing work.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel, and I wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service provided by the front desk workers, especially the young Arabic gentleman (whose name I unfortunately don't know). They were attentive and professional. However, I'd like to provide some feedback on the breakfast buffet. While our overall experience was positive, we found the breakfast options to be quite basic with limited choices. On a positive note, the food servers were attentive and displayed excellent manners.

The location is great. And something that should be mentioned ✍🏻 I highly appreciate Miss Keltoum’s cooperation, and honesty. She’s very welcoming & whenever we need help in her shift she’s more than happy to assist us.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cielo Hotel in Lusail. The hotel is modern and cozy at the same time. The interior is beautiful and I really enjoyed my large room and the comfortable bed and the huge bathroom. The hotel is located right next to a highway which is good to commute / get to places. I was surprised how quiet it was inside the room - I had a perfect sleep there. However, the best thing is the hotel staff. Everyone from the hotel staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I had issues finding a spot in Doha at a hospital for a Covid-Test. The Gentleman at the reception helped me to find the right hospital, provided me phone numbers and contacts so that I could take a Covid test (which I needed for my flight back home). As well, the staff at the reception helped me when my Etheraz-App was not working. Staying there felt like being at my home away from home and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend the Cielo Hotel and I hope to be back there soon!

Everything was pretty good. The check-in was facilitated by the staff. I even had 2 separate bookings and they offered to combine then into 1 booking and were very easygoing and flexible. The location was very good for me as I needed to be in Lusail. The hotel is surrounded by a couple of restaurants and everything else is a 5-min drive. Room is well-equipped with all the amenities you might need in your stay. Housekeeping was pretty good. Tanvir made sure that anything I needed was done immediately. Thank you Tanvir for your help during my stay.

It was an excellent staying at this hotel. I just went for a night and everything was exceptional: Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and all facilities were outstanding. It is a great hotel.
